
I am the founder and head coach of The Noble Pursuit coaching. I have been coaching in the health and fitness realm for the last five years, focusing on developing high performers, whether it is their job or in their pursuit of bodybuilding into the best version of themselves possible.

My Journey and passion
Began when he stepped into the gym at 17. I struggled heavily with bullying, trying to fit in and understanding who I was. I found peace in the gym and learned how to develop muscle tissue. My passion really started to take hold when I was 20 years old. I battled anxiety, struggles with drinking and staying on plan while navigating college. I found direction, purpose, and meaning through the gym and taking care of his health. My journey has allowed me to accomplish goals, set a routine and step into a higher version of myself
In 2019, I began recording the podcast “The Ace of Spada Podcast” and this became the foundation to becoming a coach. I interviewed the best of the best in the industry from IFBB Pro John Jewett to his mentors Dominic Kuza and Austin Stout. This podcast introduced me to books such as the muscle & strength pyramid, the women’s health book, etc that led to learning more about the human body.
In 2020,
I noticed health issue starting to arise
I suffered from numerous internal health issues such as low testosterone, high stress/cortisol, low thyroid function. I also eventually suffered from gut issues: Candida and SIBO. This sparked my deep dive into the internal health aspect of health and wellness, learning how to repair his hormones naturally, supplementation, reading lab work, etc. This is when I started coaching and finding greater results for his athletes to see the missing link of internal health. I started helping more people lose body fat, improve their gut health, improve their hormones, gain their cycles back for women, step on the bodybuilding stage and improve their energy to take over the corporate world.
I understand where you are at too as well. I work in the corporate world as a consultant for a public company. I understand the hours, the time you put into projects, etc. I understands the work. I most importantly have come up with solutions that has allowed myself to thrive in both my corporate job as well as my health & fitness goals. I has found ways to create time to spend with my family while prioritizing my goals.

My approach is all about the mind-body connection. Currently, I am working towards completing his masters in Sports and Performance psychology. I have also completed certifications and numerous mentorships through Austin Stout, Pre-Script, J3U, and more . I focus on creating trust between the mind and the body that allows the health of anyone I coach to improve and stay improving as time goes on. I am focusing on incorporating techniques to navigate the mental space backed by research along with anecdotal evidence working with athletes and myself over the last 5 years.
